Fun Lovin' Flat Fours - 2005 - another excellent year!!

What a summer we have had! 15 deep on the Air Cooled front for BVF, 2 excellent Summer Croozes, one which raised over £100 for the Ben Bosworth Memorial fund, probably the wettest Bug Jam on record and a scorcher of a day for the main show day at MAC(H)6.

A big shout out to all the Telford crew who worked tirelessly all weekend in helping us put on a great show. Without the help from our club members, this show could not take place, so a huge pat on the back to all of you.  Also, huge shouts to new boy Shane and one of the Old Skool Teflon crew, Mark W for doing us proud in the club games at MAC(H) and coming away with a well deserved victory! Highlights of the games go to Mark with the enormous distance achieved in the Tyre Rolling competition and undoubtedly the funniest moment of the weekend goes to Shane who mis-timed his catch in the egg throwing comp and ended up with egg on his face

Just prior to the release of the new Herbie film we had a lot of interest from the local press, so much so that they sent a photographer out to do a club photo shoot!  Here's the article from the paper!

2006 - A brief overview!

Well, looks like it's going to be another excellent year for the Fun Lovin' Flat Fours, starting off as always with a 15 deep crooze to Dub Freeze. A few of the regulars will be heading off to the Bug Show at Spa in Belgium at the end of August! We're spoilt for choice with shows again this year with the added bonus of Deva being on our doorstep now they have moved to the West Midlands Show Ground in Shrewsbury.

We've a few treats lined up for club and crooze nights this year, and one will involve a live performance from local Funk Groove band "Hey Edison".

See you all soon!
